"Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

The longer version:
Romans 1:24-27
24.Because they stopped Honoring/Worshiping God and started worshiping perishable/destroyable images of man/birds/creatues/animals, God handed them over to the uncleanness of the passionate longings of their hearts, the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,
25. because they exchanged the truth about God for a falsehood/untruth and had a reverential awe of and served the created as oppossed to the Creator, who is Praised on a Continued duration! Truly.
26. On account of all this God handed them over to passions without honor. For their females exchanged their sexual use according to Nature (to bring forth Produce) for those that are oppossed to Nature (that do not bring forth Produce);
27. and the men in the same mannor as the women went away from their sexual use according to Nature (to bring forth Produce) with women and were inflamed with longing for one another, men working out shapeless (Productless) acts (i.e. Homosexuality) with men and receiving one's do in themselves the necessary reward for their wondering astray.

My Comments:
24. Because the people were so persistant in not Honoring and Worshiping God, He gave them over to the wickedness of what they wanted in their hearts, and that dishonored their bodies.
25. God would not stand for His truth, who He was to be tossed aside so that humans could Honor and Worship created things instead of Himself, the One who created them. (Now before you start thinking -- "Uh, God is so egotistical") God is all about Himself -- He has to be, it is a part of His nature! Do you honestly think that the One who created everything would not be? Or put it this way. If God was not all about Himself, He would be giving part of His Honor and Glory away to something that HE Created! No, Sorry, that will never happen! That is why God is Always Praised!!! Amen!!!
26. Because humans wouldn't worship God, He handed them over to what they wanted in their hearts, these honorless passions for one another. They gave up Natural Sexual Relations -- to bring forth offspring and subdue the Earth (Genesis 1:28) -- for UnNatural Sexual Relations -- those that do not produce offspring.
27. The men did the same thing as the women. And because of this, they received what they desirved, the proper reward for Not Honoring and Worshiping God.
That reward is in our next section.
Note: God told us what He thinks about Homosexuality in Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a man as with a woman. both have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.
"Yeah but the Bible was talking about something different back then. Homosexuality isn't what it was then, the Bible does mean that...."
WHATEVER!
Have you heard that one before? I'm sure you have. That's why this passage is great, it's so clear about what is being condemned!
Verse 25 brings to min Isaiah 42:8;
8"I am the LORD; that is my name;
my glory I give to no other,
nor my praise to carved idols."
