"I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf, that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints, so that by God's will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company. May the God of peace be with you all. Amen."

The Long Version
Romans 15:30-33
30. I appeal/urge/exhort/encourage to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love/goodwill of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf,
31. that I may be delivered/rescued from the unbelievers/disobedient in Judea, and that my service/ministry for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints/holy,
32. so that by God's will I may come to you with joy/delight and be refreshed in your company.
33. May the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
My Comments:
Romans 15:30-33
30.Paul is asking the Believers in Rome to pray for 2 things.
31. That as he was in Jerusalem that, the Unbelieving Jews would not be a hindrence to him or harm him. And that the gift from the Gentiles would be accepted by the Believing Jews in Jerusalem.
32. Paul knew that he was going to be persecuted in Jerusalem, this marked his whole ministry.
33. Paul uses the phrase "God of peace" knowing that he is entering into a place where he will be persecuted.
